Roles and Responsibilities:

Give all the expenses details and bills received from all outlets are given to Accounts department on time

Mark daily attendance of all staff (White and Blue collar) in the register

Share the list of absent employees on daily basis to the management as per the absent marked

Extra packing material are sold as and when as per the requirement

Periodically share online platform sales report with Audit team

Place the periodic order for the purchases of items as per the requirement received, after approval of the management

Ensure that order placed is received on time as per the timelines given and same is verified by the respective department

Ensure that proper purchase order process is followed as per the SOPs of the organisation

Periodically items are to be given for QC as per the guidance of the management

Periodic update/edit/add the required item in the sales software and various e-commerce platforms used for sales, as per the approval of the management

Ensure that all online orders received are processed as per the policy of the organisation

Ensure that all repairing and maintenance work is done as per the requirement received and verified

All the queries/ comments received on social media (where brand is listed), are attended on immediate basis and reverted as per the guidelines of the organization

Ensure that any other work assigned by the management is completed within the due timelines

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary : ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Experience: 1yr at least (FMCG industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
