Job Responsibilities:
• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage daily operations of logistics activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee and maintain the stock levels for various products.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Conduct regular audits and checks for stock accuracy.
• Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and manage vendor relationships.
• Warehouse Supervision:
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Monitor the storage conditions to avoid any damage to goods.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Implement best practices to optimize cost, time, and quality.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and stock levels.
• Maintain all necessary paperwork related to shipments, customs, and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Customer Coordination:
• Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, delays, or any logistics-related issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Shift timing - 12 Hours
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
• Proficient in using ERP and other logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• 10th,12th
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations.
• Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and MS Office.
