Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
• Develop and implement workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Act as a point of contact between teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Maintain and optimize operational tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, task management systems).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Operations Executive or similar role in a digital agency or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing processes and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
