Roles and Responsibilities
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
• Communicating with customers through various channels - Email / Phone
• Skilled at multitasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0 - 2 years in customer care background
• Must be fluent in English . Multilingual will be an added advantage
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay
