Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Operations Specialist (Freshers/Experienced) to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage backend operations related to insurance processes, ensuring smooth handling of policy data and documentation while maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and other advanced functions.
• Prepare, maintain, and update accurate and detailed documentation pertaining to insurance operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business objectives.

UG: Any Graduate
