Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless business processes. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support :
? Assist in the execution and management of day-to-day operations.
? Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
? Coordinate between different departments (sales, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
? Implement and monitor operational processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.
2. Process Improvement :
? Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the operational processes.
? Collaborate with teams to propose and implement process enhancements.
? Suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve operational performance.
3. Data Management :
? Analyze operational data and provide insights on trends, performance, and operational challenges.
? Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for operational activities.
? Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
4. Supplier and Vendor Management :
? Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
? Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors and service providers.
? Oversee procurement activities and inventory management, ensuring supplies meet demand.
5. Customer Service :
? Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues affecting customer experience.
? Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Project Coordination :
? Coordinate and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.
? Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated
Qualifications & Skills:
? Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
? Experience : 2-4 years of experience in operations or related roles.
? Skills :
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and within a team.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Familiarity with ERP software and operational management tools (preferred).
? Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
(preferred).
