Job Title: Operation Executive (Male Candidate with Bike) Location: Sector 34, Chandigarh Company: World Pro Job Summary: We are looking for Operation Executive for our Real Estate office with good IQ level and good speaking , writing and listing skills in Punjabi language. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with information and assistance.
- Assist real estate agents in preparing contracts, listings, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate property showings and appointments.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for agents and clients.
- Handle data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
- Conduct regular market visits to for documentation.
- Collaborate and meetings with agents to assess and inspect properties.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of market visits.
- A male candidate with a valid bike and a willingness to use it for regular market visits.
- 12th or Graduate .
- Loyal attitude.
- Fresher or Experienced both are eligible.
- Punjabi language speaking, writing and listening.
