- Operation Executive Location - Bangalore Experience - 2 To 4 years
Key Responsibilities :
• Operational Oversight : Manage the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective service delivery.
• Scheduling & Resource Management : Oversee patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and reduce patient wait times. Ensure proper allocation of resources (e.g., equipment, supplies, and staff) to meet the practice's needs.
• Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure that the dental practice adheres to all regulatory standards
• Financial Management : Monitor the practice's financial performance, including budget planning, expense control, and revenue tracking. Work with the leadership team to ensure profitability and cost-effective operations.
• Technology & Systems Management : Ensure that practice management software, scheduling systems, and other technologies are operating efficiently and being used to their full potential.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, patient satisfaction, and financials. Use data to recommend improvements and ensure the practice is meeting its goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas of improvement in the practice's operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, patient care, and staff performance.
• Strategic Support : Assist with strategic planning, practice expansion, marketing efforts, and patient retention strategies.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of dental office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance, billing, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices within the dental industry.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
