Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess damage repair requests from customers, ensuring they are validated and approved in accordance with company policies and standards.

2. Conduct physical vehicle inspections and audits for necessary repairs through field visits and workshop inspections.

3. Utilize extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and bodyshop repair processes for vehicles across all brands and manufacturers.

4. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Apply expertise in spare parts and accessories for various manufacturers to support accurate and high-quality vehicle repairs.

7. Collaborate with the team on diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve vehicle issues effectively.

8. Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle systems technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles, to provide comprehensive repair services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree/Diploma/Engineering in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

- Proven experience in vehicle repair process from authorized or multi-brand workshops.

- In-depth knowledge of modern vehicle systems (e.g., hybrid, electric) and diagnostic tools.

- Proficient in vehicle repair analysis, including the use of diagnostic software.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, and formula creation.

- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and bodyshop repair processes is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of spare parts and accessories from various manufacturers.

- Knowledge of the motor insurance claims process, especially related to vehicle repair.
