• ) Understand the Customer Requirement / Inquiry.
• ) Coordinate with Branch Team for the Costing.
• ) Negotiation with Customer for the Orders.
• ) Get an Order & coordinate with branch for the vehicle placement.
• ) Discuss enroute issues with management & give feedback to customer.
• ) Daily Vehicle Tracking & share Report to Customer.
• ) Proof of Delivery (POD) Follow Up.
• ) Billing Coordination with Billing Team.
• ) Submit Billing to Customer - Record Keeping
• ) Follow Up for the Payment.
• ) Other Reporting work as per management Guidance.
