Job Responsibilities :
1. Operations Management:
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering of supplies.
2. Accounting Support:
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgets and forecasts.
• Manage invoicing processes and track incoming and outgoing payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
3. Digital Marketing:
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
4. Dispatching Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the dispatch process to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Schedule deliveries and manage logistics to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Address customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery issues.
5. Customer Service:
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries related to products and services.
• Maintain a strong customer focus to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Office Timings - 9:30 A.M. to 8 P.M.
