Job Description

1. Procurement and Purchase Order Management:

• Create and process purchase orders using SAP in accordance with company requirements and procurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely placement of orders with suppliers/vendors.
• Track and manage purchase order delivery schedules to meet business needs.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received (challans, invoices, and delivery notes).
• Resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders, deliveries, or invoicing issues with suppliers.

2. Vendor Coordination and Relationship Management:

• Communicate with vendors to obtain product information, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, monitor the quality of products, and manage any changes in orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.

3. Challan Creation and Documentation:

• Generate and manage challans for goods received and dispatched.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards for delivery notes and records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement-related activities for audit purposes.

4. Customer Service and Order Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, and delivery times.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders to customers.

5. SAP and Data Management:

• Maintain and update all procurement and inventory data within SAP .
• Generate reports for management on purchasing activities, stock levels, and customer orders.
• Use SAP to monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders when inventory levels fall below the required threshold.

6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance team for timely payment processing and to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate delivery of goods and correct documentation.
• Support the sales team by providing accurate information on product availability, lead times, and order status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
