About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & Operations Executive to join our content department at ShilpMIS Technologies Pvt Ltd. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our content operations, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the content team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to content projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee content project timelines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts, designers, and developers.
• Assist in managing content budgets and tracking expenses.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Content Support:
• Provide basic content support tasks, such as proofreading and formatting documents.
• Assist in content research and data collection as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a tech or content-related environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our founder Mr. Hardik Desai was very impressed with the lack of resources and opportunities available to students. He had seen firsthand the challenges faced by schools in rural areas, and he knew he had to do something drastic to bring about change. He returned to the Melzo headquarters with the aim of integrating technology and Melzo products to provide education to all Indian students ???? ????? Started making. Despite their enthusiastic team and compelling mission, they faced a major hurdle, the technology gap to reach students in rural areas.
The founder got his team together and together they came up with the solution that they would develop a web application that could be used on any smartphone. The app will provide students with access to educational content and resources regardless of their location. They worked tirelessly to build the web application, tested it in schools across Gujarat and made sure it met the needs of students and teachers. Finally, the day came when the web application was ready. The beta launch was a huge success. Students and teachers from all over Gujarat were eager to get their hands on the web app, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Children who previously struggled to keep up with their studies now have access to resources. This app helps them to succeed.
