Job Description

• Order & Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of client orders, from initial inquiry to service delivery, ensuring all logistical and operational requirements are met.

Client Coordination:

• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries, and providing updates.
• Client Onboarding & Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, offering expert advice on the best handling, transportation, and installation solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction through feedback and surveys, implementing improvements based on insights to ensure long-term relationships.
• Quote Preparation & Negotiation: Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for clients, negotiating terms and ensuring that projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring solutions that uphold the company's reputation and high standards of service.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into project timelines, client feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Training & Mentorship: Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they are familiar with company processes, client expectations, and safety protocols

• Scheduling & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the schedules of art handlers, transportation teams, and installation staff to ensure timely and safe execution of each project.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment, materials, and art-related inventory, ensuring proper care and storage of client assets.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and insurance documents, are completed and filed accurately. Adhere to industry standards, health & safety guidelines, and legal regulations.
• Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., art crating companies, transporters, etc.), ensuring smooth execution of outsourced services.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly, such as transportation delays, damage, or logistical challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Experience:

• Operation: 4 years (Preferred)
• Export & Import: 4 years (Preferred)
• Logistics Operations: 4 years (Preferred)
