Job Description
Maintaining Daily reports for MTD PO's , MTD Invoice , Pending Dispatch and Delivered quantity.
Return and Debit Note - escalation with B2B
Payment escalation - B2B
Responsible for B2B FC inquiries through email and phone for quick support
Reports for buyer visibility for all the listed products - Quick com.
Tracking and follow up for the shipment with Logistics team for smooth delivery
Report on Weekly Basis for Fill rate %
Performs other related duties as assigned.
