Operation Executive
Job Description
JD • Managing the overall (First Mile & Last Mile) operations, also responsible for daily pickup from various Sellers & vendors and ensuring delivery in a timely manner.
• Driving performance metrics of the logistics partner on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Dispatch, Delivery, and Logistics coordination. Courier performance management on the basis of parameters (TAT, EDD, Allocation load, etc).
• Own and drive key operational metrics end-to-end and achieve performance targets.
• Implementation and contribution to cross-functional initiatives within your site.
• Drive continuous process improvement and explore ways to elevate the experience of our stakeholders' Sincere bias for action and be passionate about achieving results.
