Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of projects and programs.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Provide support in logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of operational management and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Mechanical background preferred) with more than eight years of experience in a related subject such as communication, business management, or social work.
• At least four (4) years of prior experience in employability-related skill development training initiatives as a cluster coordinator, project coordinator, project officer, or in a role similar to these in the past .
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.

• Passion and commitment towards bringing social change.
• Preference Skill Industry Experience.

Pay: ?11,579.42 - ?40,453.18 per month
