1. Operations Management
Manage daily transport operations, vehicle scheduling and warehouse workflows.
Ensure timely vehicle deployment, loading/unloading and accurate documentation.
Uphold safety, cleanliness and compliance in operations.
2. Marketing and Promotions
Promote the platform to onboard vehicle partners and drivers.
Execute marketing strategies, field visits and BTL activities to attract customers and partners.
Build relationships with customers to encourage recurring bookings.
3. Vendor and Driver Onboarding
Identify and onboard vehicle partners/drivers with proper documentation.
Explain platform policies, app usage and earning potential to new partners.
Address queries and concerns of partners.
4. Customer Engagement
Expand the customer base by promoting services and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams to enhance service offerings.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Maintain records of operations and marketing activities.
Analyze data to improve strategies and prepare performance reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of logistics processes and local market conditions.
Proficiency in MS Office; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment:
Combination of office, warehouse and field activities with regular travel.
