Job Description


Objective / Purpose of the Job * Managing the DaaS and WaaS service requirements.

  • Managing the MPO and service now order creation and Business Event update
  • Working with contracted 3PL for service requirement ( Warehousing , Repair management and Deliveries) and ticket management
  • Support Multiple APAC country services to support customer
Key Activities / AccountabilitiesDevice delivery, management & RMA services (ComputaCenter) Forward & Reverse * Ticket management on ServiceNow for device delivery, management and RMA services.
  • Review & managing the repository of Inbound, Outbound shipping documents including the PODs.
  • Coordination with supplier for vehicle placement, pickup, delivery, device repairs and TAT management.
  • Coordination with customer for the services rendered, repair quotation approvals,
  • Preparing and publishing MIS to customers.
  • MPO order creation and preparing the report of the same.
  • Billing report preparation, validation and submission
  • Act as a single point of contact for country team, customers and suppliers for end-to-end Daas , WaaS and XaaS service requirements.
MPO Update.
  • Order creation - Manual data entry, Data entry via mass upload and order Verification
  • Order creation - EDI update management from client & supplier
  • Modifications for inputs received manually/EDI
  • Monitor unallocated orders and allocation (through system or manually)
  • Adhoc order management and allocation
  • Input business event manually/mass upload/EDI and monitor the data.
  • Monitor, update and validate operational data for billing
  • Manage exception process
  • Review control reports and seek IT support for issue resolution and correction
  • Customer View Web portal to help customer in case track and trace access is required.
  • Maintain master report of all low orders status /pending /current details of validation etc.
  • Establish and monitor supplier performance for all inputs/EDI accurately for timely, accurate billing
  • Ability to run business analytical tools ( BI, Cognos, Tableau etc
Key Tasks * Enforce compliance of planned allocation optimally for all origins.
  • Ensure visibility of carrier allocation usage by regular reporting.
  • Drive carrier discussions on allocation compliance and regular allocation planning.
  • Set up and follow escalation processes for enforcing compliance and driving improvements.
  • Support Management team through the carrier allocation structure and overview.
  • Supervise training of origin countries on allocation compliance and monitoring.
  • Operational control on key deliverables for the customer
Supplier Relationship Management:Maintaining good relationship with supplier to gain support and support growth of the supplier\'s partnership with us.
