Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for Customer support Executive-Sea Export department.
Experience: 2-3 yrs
Salary: 25,000-35,000/-
Customer Support: Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding shipping options, transit times, documentation requirements, and any other aspects of the export process.
Maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed about the status of their shipments, including tracking updates and any changes to the original schedule.
Pricing :
Freight Rates : Determining competitive freight rates for shipping goods via ocean transport based on factors such as distance, volume, weight, and market conditions.
Quoting : Providing customers with accurate and transparent quotes for shipping services, including freight charges, handling fees, insurance costs, and any additional surcharges or taxes.
Negotiation : Negotiating pricing terms with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and ensure cost-effectiveness for customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
