Location - Patna

Experience - 0-3 years

Good to have experience in Govt. tenders.

GeM, E-procure, Railways, E-Commerce Platform of Central Govt. & State Government

Skills:-

MS Office

Good Communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Hands on knowledge of Gem & other e-procure portals.

Must have good experience of understanding language of tenders.

Experience into tendering of manpower services preferred

Experienced in Government E-Market Place (www.gem.gov.in),

Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs.

Follow up Tender Registration handle tenders published on GEM Portal

Prepare documents for e-Tendering, Studying tender documents, criteria, the scope of work, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements•.•

Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation

Regular check with updates/corrigendum on mails & portal.

Pricing / Estimation / Costing (Preparation of Rate analysis).

Online tender submission.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate ,B.Tech / MBA with 0 to 3 years -

Good In Ms -Excel

Fluent in English & computer skills. Good exploration in searching & downloading E-tenders from E Portals.
