Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance workflow.
• Support in task assignment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives and day to day follow up in each departments.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on operational best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
