Job Title:

Assistant to Domain & Hosting Head

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist the

Domain & Hosting Head

in managing communications, scheduling reminders, and coordinating with vendors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:

Draft, send, and respond to emails related to domain and hosting services.

Follow-ups & Reminders:

Set and manage reminders for renewals, payments, and meetings.

Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and other service vendors.

Record Keeping:

Maintain logs of domain purchases, renewals, and related expenses.

Issue Resolution:

Assist in resolving domain/hosting-related issues by liaising with vendors.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare reports and maintain documentation for domain and hosting activities.

Basic Technical Assistance:

Support basic troubleshooting of domain/hosting-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in email tools (Outlook, Gmail) and scheduling software. Basic knowledge of domain registration and web hosting is a plus. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in vendor coordination and follow-ups is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

1 year in administrative, coordination, or technical assistant roles. Experience in IT, web hosting, or domain management is an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month
