Dear Professional, We are hiring for the role of Operation and Maintenance Engineer/Technician for one of the Solar company at their various location. :

• Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all solar equipment.
• Clean solar panels to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Lubricate, adjust, or replace mechanical components as needed.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.
• Replace faulty components and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Work with electrical systems, including inverters and wiring, ensuring compliance with safety standard.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Prepare detailed reports on equipment
• performance and maintenance work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels.

Qualifications :

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
