\xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to various phases of the GRC engagements such as requirements gathering, process/workflow design, solution configuration, testing, and deployment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating clients and Infosys leadership on status of assigned workstreams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to provide end to end support for IBM OpenPages and Cognos development or Manage Services engagements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables of the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prepare effort estimates and support the sales/pre-sales activities. Help prepare replies to RFP, create POCs that will be demonstrated to clients and other parties \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as an interface with the client/onsite representatives as and when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand, analyze the requirements, allocate tasks, and update status reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project documentation and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding and adherence of software development life cycle & defect life cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in development / testing of complex modules \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project

\xe2\x80\xa2 2-5 years of implementation and advisory experience in GRC Domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have completed end to end implementations for IBM OpenPages \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have knowledge about OpenPages OOB solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in OpenPages technical aspects \xe2\x80\xa2 OpenPages Schema: Object Types, Field Groups, Fields, Profiles. \xe2\x80\xa2 UI: OpenPages Views and Dashboards \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhancements: Workflows, Calculation, Schedules, Custom Actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced enhancements: OpenPages Triggers and Helpers (React and Dojo). \xe2\x80\xa2 Cognos reports development and administrations \xe2\x80\xa2 Cognos Notifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Configuring access control on Solution level, application-level, record-level, and field-level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in integrating IBM OpenPages with 3rd Party applications using API\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of the OpenPages solutions like Internal Audit, Operational Risk, IT Governance, Third Party Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Policy, Business Continuity, Model Risk \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the OOB Object Model and Customizations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Installation / Maintenance activities for managing IBM OpenPages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of designing custom solutions in IBM OpenPages and Cognos to meet specific client requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of packaging the product for delivery / production deployment \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of other GRC platforms (Archer, Process Unity, Service Now GRC) will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management \xe2\x80\xa2 B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of IBM OpenPages, Cognos Analytics and SQL. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of IBM OpenPages and Cognos Installation and server maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration experience of IBM OpenPages and Cognos environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant professional certifications such as Certified IBM OpenPages, Cognos Administrator, Information Security or Risk Management certifications.
