Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting with software installations.
Security: Assist in implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and network infrastructure.
Backup and Recovery: Support data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability in case of failures.
Software Updates: Help manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
