As a System Administrator at Cogniter Technologies, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical assistance to our staff. You will work closely with our senior system administrators and IT team to gain hands-on experience and grow your expertise in various IT areas

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability.

User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting with software installations.

Security: Assist in implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and network infrastructure.

Backup and Recovery: Support data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability in case of failures.

Software Updates: Help manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades to ensure systems are up to date and secure.

Documentation: Maintain and update system documentation, including hardware and software inventory, configurations, and procedures.

Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance and responding to alerts and incidents promptly.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior system administrators and other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
