Roles and Responsibilities:


1.The person will be directly responsible for Making Concept of Proposed Machine Design,


Final Assembly Design and Manufacturing Drawing Generation on Software like Solid Works


& Solid edge.


2.Should be able to do independently following -BOM Generation, Activity Time plans, Design


Documentation & Technical Sheets


3.Ensure fulfilment of design & development review, Calculation verification & validation


4.Ensure all needs, expectations & requirements of the client captured accurately.


5.Develop test prototypes.


6.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in design and


development.


7.Lead initiatives to enhance design efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product


performance.


8.Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.


9.Should have Experience Working with Autocad / Solidworks / Solidedge for 3d Design on any


of following Equipment or industry -Special Purpose Machines, Robotic automation &


Industries like Machinery, Automation, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Electronics & Defense


etc.


10.Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.


11.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members.


12.Maintain existing engineering records and designs and follow ISO 9001 process.


13.Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast


learner and passion innovation, self-motivated with a result driven approach.







Candidate Profile:


1.Diploma/Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Automation preferred), AM/SR.


Engineer/Engineer with 4-8 years of experience


2.We are looking for Innovative Engineers having Interest in Machine & Automation Design,


have Sound knowledge of GD&T, Machine Design, SPM Design, Robotic, AGVs, etc.


3.Strong presentation skills, inter-personal skills, Cost Cautiousness, Team Collaboration,


Written and oral Communication


Experience 4 - 8 Years


Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 7 Lac P.A.
