• Generating sales : Working with existing customers to generate sales and developing new opportunities with new customers
• Meeting targets : Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities to management
• Building relationships : Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base
• Listening to customers : Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
• Organizing site visits : Organizing site visits for prospective customers
• Conducting sales meetings : Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings
• Staying up-to-date : Keeping up-to-date with changes in the local and national real estate market
• Collaborating with others : Cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
• Promoting listings : Providing new listings with social media promotion

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
