Job Description

• Helping buyers and sellers: Assisting clients in marketing and purchasing property, and providing guidance
• Determining clients' needs: Understanding clients' financial abilities and listening to their requirements
• Proposing solutions: Developing solutions that suit clients' needs
• Negotiating: Negotiating prices or other sales terms
• Consulting clients: Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Preparing paperwork: Preparing contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperwork
• Staying knowledgeable about real estate markets: Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Maintaining customer relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers through direct meetings, telephone calls, and emails
• Promoting sales: Promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
