Job Overview ::We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team at our Sushma Infinium, Zirakpur location.

The ideal candidate will manage room reservations, provide excellent customer service, and support the sales team in maximizing occupancy and revenue.

This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Key Responsibilities :Reservation Management: Handle all incoming reservation inquiries, ensure accurate and timely booking entries, and manage room allocations based on availability and guest requirements.Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering assistance with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote seasonal offers and packages, assisting in maximizing occupancy and room revenue.

Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive guest relationships, offering personalized service and attention to detail to enhance the guest experience.System Operations: Use the hotel's reservation system and software to process bookings, manage inventory, and record guest data accurately.

Report Generation: Prepare and maintain reports on occupancy rates, reservation trends, and guest feedback, sharing insights with management.Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints professionally, providing timely solutions or escalating to the supervisor as required.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality, business, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a similar role.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi languages.Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (training provided for specific systems).

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
