Job Description
Function : To act as the custodian of all financial affairs of the organization covering controls, funding, investment, and strategic financial analysisKnowledge in :
1. International accounting & international taxation
2. International banking (LCs)
3. IFRS (International Financing Reporting System)
4. Knowledge in Technical Finance including security analysisA summary of Job Responsibilities :
1. Ensure statutory compliances as per Co\xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbds Act (all ROC related work), IT Act, GST Act, PF Act, FEMA Act etc.
2. Company Secretarial jobs like Filing of all Returns (ROC, Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax)
3. Handle the process of auditing of accounts & address audit queries
4. Address all queries & notices from Govt departments, RBI, banks & interact with external agencies to resolve them
5. Financial analysis & presentations to the Board
6. Keep the Management updated about changes in global accounting practices and international statutory norms. Experience 10 - 13 Years
Salary 18 Lac To 22 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.

Qualification M.B.A/PGDM, Chartered Accountant
