About the Position

We are currently seeking a FileNet P8 Developer who will work closely with our global

development teams, as well as report directly to our directors. Preference is given to candidates

who are eligible to apply for a US business visa if needed, as some team members may be asked

to travel on occasion for in-person client meetings or team meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate shall participate in our managed services support and development projects to

implement Helix International software and carry out migration projects. The candidate may be

expected to participate in client calls and regular internal calls for standups, planning, and issue

resolution. The candidate may be expected to contribute to the planning and development of

Helix International product enhancements.

Must Have:

• Expert in IBM FileNet P8 content model, API, workplace, and enterprise manager.
• 5+years of experience in developing applications using IBM Content Navigator (ICN),

FileNet APIs, and loading reports to FileNet.

• Excellent knowledge of ICN plugin development (layouts, features, request/response

filters, menu actions, EDS, etc).

• Strong knowledge of and experience with FileNet v. 5.2.1 platform and its architecture.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with ICN JavaScript APIs, ICN Java APIs, CE

APIs, PE APIs, and Dojo.

• Strong familiarity with FileNet CE, PE, AE, CPE, IBM Case Manager, ICN, ICC4Mail,

and ICC4SAP.

• Strong proficiency in WebSphere 8.5, Java, J2EE, DB2, and Shell script.
• Strong knowledge and experience with FileNet workflows.
• Experience in ICN desktop configuration and setup.
• Experience in Dojo for ICN customization.
• Good understanding of SSO technologies used with ICN.
• Good proficiency with ICN UI customization (visual widgets, plug-ins, EDS).
• Experience with IBM FileNet end-to-end implementations and migrations.
• Experience with FileNet configuration, customization, and extension, including

peripheral products such as ICN and Case Manager.

• Experience with J2EE application (including JSP) and web services development and

familiarity with IBM WebSphere usage in the context of FileNet products.

• Good understanding of Forms technology used with FileNet products.
• Proficiency with FileNet 5.x, ICN, Infosphere Content Collector (ICC), •nix, script,

workflow, process engine, and content engine APIs.

• Proficiency with IBM Content Federated Services (CFS).
• Comfortability and confidence in developing custom connectors for ICN.

Good to Have:

• Experience with IBM Forms Experience Builder (FEB).
• Expertise in leveraging the FileNet API for systems integration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
