• Managing the MD's calendar This includes planning and maintaining the MD's calendar, arranging appointments, and setting agendas and action points for meetings
• Handling communications This includes managing emails, information, and other communications, and responding to inquiries
• Preparing reports This includes preparing correspondence, notes, emails, presentations, and reports
• Coordinating travel This includes booking transport and accommodation for the MD, and facilitating travel arrangements for meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences
• Acting as a liaison This includes acting as a liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the MD This includes providing general administration duties, such as creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and record management
• Coordinating recruitment This includes leading the coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes for any direct reports
• Acting as a thought partner This includes acting as a trusted advisor to the MD, making sure they have the best available information, and guiding them toward making good decisions
The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.
