Responsibilities:
1. Manage Digital Agency Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for
our digital agency partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate with agencies to align strategies, objectives, and timelines to achieve
marketing goals.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to ...
improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and optimize content for
search engines. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to drive
continuous improvement.
3. Paid Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across
various digital platforms, such as search engines, social media, display advertising,
and remarketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make
data-driven recommendations for improvements.
4. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content calendars,
develop engaging social media campaigns, and monitor social media channels. Stay
informed about industry trends and leverage social media platforms to drive brand
awareness, engagement, and conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide
insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion rates. Use
data to identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve overall
performance.
6. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including
creative teams, content writers, and product managers, to ensure digital marketing
campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Coordinate
with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute integrated marketing
initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital
agencies from a brand\'s perspective.1. Digital Agency Management: Proven experience in coordinating and managing
relationships with digital agencies. Ability to effectively communicate brand
objectives, provide feedback, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Solid understanding of SEO principles and
best practices. Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical
SEO, link building, and SEO analytics tools.
3. Paid Marketing: Proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing
campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Familiarity with audience targeting, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion
tracking.
4. Social Media Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing social media
platforms, developing content calendars, and executing social media campaigns.
Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze
trends, and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and
vendors.
