To learn more about our company, please visit our website: https://www.sisprosegur.com/ Job Requirements \xc3\x98 Meeting Annual Business Plan targets of sales, cost and profits in the branch. \xc3\x98 Business development in the area under the branch, especially CIT and CPD local sales \xc3\x98 Meeting regulatory & statutory compliances of the branch. \xc3\x98 Management of branch business in the areas of sales, operations, expenses, customer relation, administration & finances. \xc3\x98 Operational excellence in terms of efficiency and risks elimination through active monitoring and KPIs targets fulfillment \xc3\x98 Implementation of operational procedures of CSQM and initiate corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities. \xc3\x98 Maintenance & monitoring of operational performance through regular checks of deployed CASH VANS and ATMs. \xc3\x98 Ensuring operational improvement through monitoring of systems for checking, reward and punishment in the branch. \xc3\x98 Customer satisfaction through redressal of customer complaints through regular customer communication and feedback. \xc3\x98 Maintain liaison with local police and other law enforcement authorities. \xc3\x98 Maintenance of discipline in the branch. \xc3\x98 Reward and punishment, leave, conduct of personnel, legal aspects and welfare of all personnel under the branch. \xc3\x98 Welfare / grievance redressal of men under command. \xc3\x98 Meeting billing & collection targets for the branch \xc3\x98 Ensuring no additional staff other than those sanctioned is employed in the branch/units. \xc3\x98 Track and trace the situation of infrastructure and that security systems are running and in place \xc3\x98 Review and control manpower/vehicle running maintenance cost \xc3\x98 Any Task assigned by management Please feel free to reach out with any query at recruitment@sisprosegur.com Thanks & Regards, Archana Sharma HR Team SIS PROSEGUR Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb99,259.49 - \xe2\x82\xb945,628.69 per month Benefits:
