• Debenture Trustee
• Operation of Debenture Trustee
• Co ordination with RM and Legal for any information required
• Issuing of NOC and co ordinating with client
• Preparation of Fund Transfer / RTGS instructions and following up with Banks
• Updating CERSAI Portal
• Maintenance of MIS for
• Regular follow up for various transactions
