Reporting to: Business Head / Partner

Location : Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Educational qualification :

BE / MSc / BTech / MTech (non - IT) & MBA/ Chartered Accountant

Experience : 10 Years+ (Retired Ex Banker)

Key Responsibilities : (includes but not restricted to)

? To prepare Technical feasibility report with important assumptions for preparing future Financials. Capable of making financial models

? To study and analyse past financials and derive important ratios along with Annual Report.

? Understanding of basic accounting and compliance related areas.

? To enable to verify the stocks and analyse with past consumptions/sales. Assess Work In Progress related to production/process cycle.

? Capable to prepare business projections and prepare financial model.

? Should be capable of drawing restructuring plan

? Well versed with RBI Guidelines on Credit and keeping regular track on the new developments in the financial market/sector.

? Able to generate Industry reports with market data, industry scenario with data available from Public Domain.

? Independently able to handle with senior level Bankers and Finance heads (CEO, CFO) of the Company/Client.

? To travel wherever assignment execution demands.

? Business Development skills and Networking desirable/expected.

Technical :

? Techno Commercial background with Hands on experience on preparing reports and excel working for Financial Models and Tables

? Analytical Skills and putting up in structured report format is a must.

? Proficient in MS Excel, MS Presentations and MS Word
