OPD Nursing Incharge

to join our team. The OPD Nursing Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations in the outpatient department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and coordinating effectively between doctors, nursing staff, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and manage nursing staff in the outpatient department (OPD). Ensure the highest standards of patient care are provided to OPD patients. Coordinate patient care, ensuring a smooth flow and timely service delivery. Develop, implement, and monitor nursing protocols to ensure efficient operations and patient safety. Act as the primary liaison between patients, doctors, and nursing staff, ensuring effective communication. Handle and resolve patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of nursing activities, patient care, and any incidents in the OPD. Ensure nursing staff comply with NABH standards and hospital safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

Registered Nurse with valid nursing license. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in an outpatient department. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Thorough knowledge of nursing practices, patient care procedures, and hospital operations. Ability to manage a team, handle emergencies, and ensure a smooth functioning of the OPD.
