Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven AAC Blocks Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks to potential clients, including construction companies, contractors, and distributors. The role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Administration:
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date customer database.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of AAC blocks, including their benefits, applications, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong knowledge of AAC blocks and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
