Role purpose
The IT Support Analyst will deliver quality IT services from the respective HUB location, collaborating with various IT delivery teams to ensure the business meets its current and future requirements.
Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts clearly and understandably to the end-user.
The role focuses on providing IT services, following robust processes and providing accurate and consistent outcomes.
Understanding our agreed Service Levels, ensuring our SLAs and KPIs are met consistently, and providing the best support possible to our business users.
Support Incident, Change and Problem Management activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite end-user support for the HUB Location.
Where necessary, provide basic training on computer operation and management.
Produce and maintain desktop standards, knowledge base, operating procedures, guidelines and system documentation.
Maintain clear and effective communication and serve as an escalation point of contact with the primary focus on restoring any service downtime.
Package, test, and deploy system and application updates/patches to the end-user environment.
Maintain an inventory of spare devices for replacement when required at HUB location.
Perform Incident & Problem management, Root Cause Analysis and Resolution for all relevant tickets.
Coordinate with the Service Desk, IT Procurement, Finance, resolver groups and Third-Party vendors to manage all On-Site Technical Support requests to Resolution and Closure.
Deploy and manage printers and miscellaneous peripherals attached to end-user devices.
Comply with LRQA Information Security processes, privacy, and other applicable regulations.
Assist in Laptop procurement, IT Asset peripherals and managing the site stock across the Hub Location
Perform OS deployments and installations using IT provided tools.
Troubleshoot hardware, infrastructure, and application configuration as it relates to workstation performance and end-user experience.
Assist with management and reporting related to HUB support and activities
