: On-Site Auditor - Security & Loss Prevention (FMCG & Retail)

Position : On-Site Auditor (Security & Loss Prevention)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated On-Site Auditor to join our team, focusing on Security and Loss Prevention within the FMCG and retail sectors. The role involves conducting inventory and compliance audits at retail outlets, with an emphasis on minimizing losses and ensuring process adherence. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, and eager to grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Audits :
• Perform on-site physical inventory checks at FMCG and retail outlets.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Highlight and report gaps to relevant teams for resolution.
• Loss Prevention :
• Assess and implement loss prevention measures during audits.
• Identify and report issues like shrinkage, pilferage, and wastage, suggesting corrective actions.
• Checklist Audits :
• Conduct operational and compliance audits using pre-defined checklists.
• Verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Reporting & Recommendations :
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with store staff and managers to address issues and implement solutions.
• Build effective working relationships to support corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education : Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience : 0-2 years of experience in inventory audits, loss prevention, or related fields (preferred).
• Preferred Skills :
• Experience in FMCG or retail audits.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcoding.
• Strong analytical and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Other Requirements :
• Must own a two-wheeler for travel to audit sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
