Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Online Lessons:
• Provide live, one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Google Meet).
• Develop lesson plans based on students' academic needs, learning goals, and curriculum guidelines.
• Teach and explain concepts in a clear, engaging manner using digital resources, such as slides, worksheets, and interactive tools.
• Customized Learning:
• Tailor lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and abilities, adapting to each student's pace.
• Identify students' strengths and weaknesses to provide targeted support.
• Offer personalized feedback and progress reports to help students understand their learning improvements.
• Homework Help and Assignments:
• Assist students with their homework, assignments, and projects.
• Guide students through problem-solving processes and help them understand the underlying concepts.
• Provide additional practice materials or exercises to reinforce learning outside of tutoring sessions.
• Monitoring Student Progress:
• Track and assess students' performance regularly to gauge their understanding and improvement.
• Administer quizzes, tests, or assignments to evaluate learning progress.
• Share feedback and make recommendations for further study to parents or guardians if applicable.
• Engaging and Motivating Students:
• Maintain a positive and motivating online learning environment.
• Encourage active participation, questions, and engagement during lessons.
• Inspire students to develop a passion for learning and improve their academic skills.
• Communication and Support:
• Provide timely communication with students and their families regarding progress, challenges, and upcoming lessons.
• Respond to student queries or questions between sessions, offering additional resources or clarifications when necessary.
• Technology Use and Maintenance:
• Use digital tools (whiteboards, file sharing, learning management systems) to facilitate interactive learning.
• Ensure that students are comfortable with the platforms used for sessions, providing support if necessary.
• Stay updated on educational technology trends and use innovative tools to enhance learning experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?18,000.00 per month
