We are seeking a results-driven

Online Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, engaging with customers through digital platforms, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

Handle online inquiries and convert leads into sales through chat, email, and social media. Promote products/services via online platforms, including e-commerce websites and social media channels. Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to queries and providing solutions. Track and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve online sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software, online chat tools, and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising is a plus. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role.
