Key Responsibilities:-Manage all aspects of customer interaction, including social media (Instagram/Facebook), WhatsApp, voice calls, emails & video calls.-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.-Resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.-Offer necessary consultations to customers and direct them to the relevant department.-Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.-Provide style and product consultancy to customers to drive sales.Qualifications:-Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in online sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.-Proficiency in using CRM software to effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer relationships.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with HNI clientele.-A keen understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest industry trends and customer preferences.-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.-Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
