As an Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of lubricant products and grease through online channels. Your primary role will involve leveraging digital marketing strategies to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
• Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Optimize website and online listings to improve search engine rankings.
• Utilize digital tools to track and analyze online sales performance.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate potential leads through online channels.
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries promptly.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Sales Closure:
• Negotiate deals and close sales through online platforms.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use data insights to optimize sales strategies.
• Field Visits:
• Conduct field visits to meet with clients and build relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
