Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation

: Identify and research potential business clients through indiamart.

Outbound Calling:

Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's products/services.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points

Appointment Setting:

Schedule meetings or demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales team.

Database Management:

Accurately update and maintain all client interactions and follow-ups.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:



Experience

: Proven experience in a similar B2B outbound calling or telemarketing role.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage with clients and decision-makers.

Sales Acumen

: Strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in using MS Office, and other relevant tools.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
