: Deep Construction is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through project completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase Deep Construction's services and capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress in the CRM system.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Deep Construction's client base.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position Deep Construction's offerings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
