We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, order management, and social media engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to business clients to promote our products and services, address inquiries, and foster strong relationships.
• Order Management: Process client orders efficiently, ensuring accurate entry and timely follow-up.
• Social Media Engagement: Create and manage engaging content on social media platforms to boost brand presence and interact with potential clients.
• WhatsApp Updates: Regularly update product information and manage orders through WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and WhatsApp.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
