Summary
As an Online Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales through various channels while reporting to the Sales Manager. This role focuses on leveraging your core skills in customer engagement and sales techniques to achieve targets. Your premium skills in B2B sales, analysis, and proficiency in Salesforce will enhance your ability to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Introducing and seeking new clientele through outbound calls.
• Engaging with new customers and promoting our services
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding Sales targets that are set.
• Assess client needs and present suitable products, services and solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and follow up on sales inquiries from various online channels
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in online sales and customer relationship management
• Strong B2B sales skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer interactions

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
