Your Role as an Online Sales Executive

As part of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales efforts. You'll nurture relationships, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls , converting leads into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships .
• Drive repeat business by retaining and engaging existing customers .
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for account management and lead tracking.
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to identify and convert high-revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Engineering graduates preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1+ year in online sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
• Skills:
• Cold calling experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
• Highly analytical, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals preferred.

Interview Process

• HR Screening - Initial interaction to understand your suitability for the role.
• Aptitude Test - Minimum 50% score required to proceed.
• Round 1: Interview with Team Lead to assess skills and experience.
• Round 2: Final interview with Department Head.
• Psychometric Test - Minimum 40% score required for qualification.
